The Portsmouth Sports Club is proud to present several yearly scholarship awards to student athletes who have excelled both on the court (or field) and in the classroom.
Students from Portsmouth public high schools and Western Branch High School are welcome to apply.

Awards
We’re proud to recognize the top male and female student athletes from 5 local high schools for each fall, winter, and spring season sport. These students are presented with their scholarship awards at the annual Sports Club Jamboree each year.
The 2026 Scholarships are $2500 each and awarded to senior student-athletes from Churchland High School, I.C. Norcom High School, Manor High School, Portsmouth Christian High School, and Western Branch High School.

The Portsmouth Sports Club currently does not offer online applications. However, you can download the application form here. Please fill out the application and send it via email or hand-deliver it to a current member of the Portsmouth Sports Club. Feel free to contact us with further questions!
